Something Blue Tented Backyard Celebration

Earlier this summer we had the pleasure of joining a fantastic team of creatives to bring Jenna and Jonathan’s Something Blue tented backyard celebration to life. As the timeless wedding tradition goes, it is said to be good luck if a bride has “Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, and Something Blue,” and this celebration for the engaged couple was a clever use of the traditional theme!

The coastal “Something Blue” celebration took place outdoors beneath one of our 46’x86′ ft Sailcloth Sperry Tents that set the stage for the day’s festivities. Cafe lighting was strung throughout the tent along with a handful of our Woven Bamboo Pendants and suspended puffs of baby’s breath crafted by floral designer Ebb and Flow Flowers.

Beneath the lighting and hanging floral designs were round tabletops covered in a lovely blue printed linen by BBJ La Tavola paired with a floral centerpiece and our elegant Natural Crossback Chairs. Cozy vignettes filled with velvet blue benches, soft sofas, and gold accent tables by Velvet Rentals gave the couple and their guests multiple spaces to lounge and enjoy the surroundings.

The day was filled with countless customized details for Jenna and Jonathan and luckily, Maddy Mallory Photography captured it all in beautiful detail. Keep scrolling for a look at this “Something Blue” tented backyard celebration!
